AZUBISpot – The Career Fair in the Cinema is an annual event with an innovative concept. In Hamburg, the fair takes place at CinemaxX Dammtor – one of the city's most modern and accessible cinemas, just a short walk from Dammtor Station. The event has become a well-established part of the city’s annual event calendar. It is organized by RAV Medienagentur UG, an experienced provider of cinema advertising and event planning, which not only developed the concept but also successfully implements it across Germany.

The fair covers all key topics related to starting a career – from traditional apprenticeships and dual study programs to opportunities for further education and career changes. Visitors gain insights into a wide range of industries including manufacturing, skilled trades, retail, healthcare, IT, media, public administration, and social services. The aim of RAV Medienagentur is to provide young people with easy and widespread access to career guidance – always in a modern and appealing setting.

The main target group includes students from general and vocational schools. However, parents, teachers, and career changers also take advantage of the opportunity to engage directly with exhibitors, including companies, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, and public bodies. The exhibitors themselves represent a broad spectrum of the economy – from small and medium-sized enterprises to international corporations – all sharing a common goal: to connect with and inform future talent.
