The "Aquaculture Vietnam," held biennially in October in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh City, represents Vietnam's premier international event for the aquaculture industry. Established in 2019 by Informa Markets Vietnam, it has quickly become one of the leading events in this sector.

Vietnam is among the top global exporters of seafood and fish products. In particular, the cultivation of shrimp and Pangasius (a type of catfish) has contributed significantly to export revenues.
