Art3f Monaco

The Art3f Monaco is an international public art fair for contemporary art that clearly distinguishes itself from traditional, often elitist art fairs through its unique character and accessible concept. Since its founding in 2007, its mission has been to make art emotionally tangible and accessible to a broad audience. Since 2014, it has also captivated visitors in Monaco every year. The event takes place at the Chapiteau de Fontvieille – a striking exhibition tent near the harbor district that, with its distinctive architecture and central location, provides an elegant setting for the show.

The fair is organized by Art3f Organisation, an experienced event company that brings together art lovers, collectors, gallery owners, and artists not only in Monaco but also in several cities across France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. At the heart of its philosophy is a community-oriented approach: instead of distant gallery presentations, visitors experience an open, relaxed atmosphere where art is not only viewed, but also discussed, shared, and truly experienced.

Focusing clearly on contemporary forms of expression, Art3f Monaco presents a wide range of works – from painting, sculpture, and photography to mixed media, digital art, and street art. The fair features pieces by both established international artists and promising emerging talents, who are specifically promoted through curated special exhibition areas. Particularly noteworthy is the prominent role given to sculptural art: large-scale sculptures made from materials such as bronze, wood, and glass are impressively staged along the fair’s aisles, offering a visual experience on multiple levels.

Another key element is the direct interaction with the artists themselves. Many of them are present in person, offering insights into their creative process and sharing the stories behind their works. In addition, each exhibitor hosts their own vernissage at their stand – an open concept that encourages spontaneous encounters and meaningful conversations. Live demonstrations and performances further enrich the program, making the creative process tangible and immersive.

The fair also has much to offer in terms of cuisine: a centrally located restaurant with live music invites guests to linger and provides a space for exchange and reflection. On the final day, a charity art auction is held to benefit local artist associations – a heartfelt conclusion that highlights the event’s social commitment.

Art3f Monaco is far more than just a marketplace for art. It is an inspiring journey, a "Parcours des Arts", where visitors can stroll through diverse artistic worlds without rigid genre boundaries. They discover the new, encounter the familiar, and experience art in all its forms – accessible, dynamic, and on equal footing.

This year the Art3f takes place on 3 days from Fri., 19.09.2025 to Sun., 21.09.2025 in Monaco already for the 6th time.
