Annually, the fair takes place at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center (BCFEC) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This choice underscores the economic relevance of Bangladesh in the pharmaceutical industry and emphasizes the significance of Dhaka as a major business hub in this region.

The fair is organized by GPE Expo Pvt. Ltd., a company recognized for its expertise in organizing trade fairs.
