BUILD MACHINE EXPO is an international trade fair for construction machinery, construction vehicles, specialised equipment and innovative solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors. As a leading business platform, it brings together manufacturers, distributors, construction companies, investors, engineers and decision-makers to explore the latest developments in construction equipment and machinery, establish valuable business contacts and discover emerging technologies.
The event takes place at the modern PTAK Warsaw Expo exhibition and congress centre in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, one of the largest exhibition venues in Central and Eastern Europe. BUILD MACHINE EXPO is organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o. o., one of Poland's leading exhibition organisers. The company hosts numerous international trade fairs and industry events, attracting high levels of exhibitor and visitor participation. With its modern infrastructure, international outlook and close proximity to the Polish capital, the exhibition provides an ideal environment for developing new business relationships between companies from across Europe and beyond.
The exhibition focuses on modern construction machinery, digitalisation, automation and sustainable technologies for the construction industry. Exhibits include earthmoving equipment, cranes, wheel loaders, excavators, specialist machinery for civil engineering and road construction, machine control systems, and LiDAR, BIM and IoT solutions. Autonomous construction equipment and drones for site inspection are also featured. The exhibition is further complemented by attachments, hydraulic systems, spare parts, lubricants, tyres, filtration systems, and diagnostic and maintenance services. Heavy haulage vehicles, low-loader trailers and semi-trailers are also represented. In addition, exhibitors showcase innovative powertrain technologies, including traction batteries, fuel cells and HVO-based solutions designed to support lower-emission construction operations. Equipment rental, leasing and finance solutions complete the exhibition offering.
Exhibitors include internationally recognised original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of construction machinery, regional specialist equipment manufacturers, multi-brand dealers, rental and leasing companies, manufacturers of attachments and transport equipment, software developers, sensor technology providers, and suppliers of spare parts and maintenance services. The exhibitor profile is further enhanced by robotics and automation start-ups, research institutes, technical universities and industry clusters, alongside trade media, recruitment and training providers, and organisations specialising in the certification of plant operators.
BUILD MACHINE EXPO is aimed primarily at construction contractors, civil engineering and road construction companies, infrastructure operators, major construction groups, machinery dealers, equipment rental providers, engineering and design consultancies, property developers, investors, public sector procurers, purchasing professionals, fleet managers, service technicians, and specialists in mechanical engineering, logistics, digital technologies and construction site management. Representatives from local authorities, research organisations and educational institutions also attend the exhibition to exchange expertise and establish new partnerships.
A major highlight of the event is the International Construction Equipment Congress, where leading experts, manufacturers and senior decision-makers from the global construction industry discuss current developments, emerging trends and innovations in construction equipment, infrastructure projects and sustainable construction. Technical presentations, expert panel discussions, product demonstrations and networking events provide significant professional value, making the congress an integral part of the exhibition. Its primary focus is on knowledge sharing, fostering innovation and creating new business opportunities.
The PTAK Warsaw Expo exhibition and congress centre in Nadarzyn offers modern exhibition halls, extensive outdoor demonstration areas for live construction machinery displays, and excellent transport connections. The venue is easily accessible by road via Poland's motorway and expressway network, by air through nearby Warsaw Airport, and by public transport, providing ideal conditions for both national and international exhibitors and trade visitors.
If you wish, I can also produce a version that follows the style of official UK trade fair organisers such as Informa Markets, Easyfairs, or RX Global, making it even more natural for an international B2B audience.
The first edition and therefore the premiere of the BUILD MACHINE EXPO takes place on 3 days from Tue., 24.11.2026 to Thur., 26.11.2026 in Nadarzyn.
