BEYOND FOOD EXPO is the food and innovation exhibition that gathers up to 150 exhibitors and 8.500 visitors from GMS countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Southern China, Thailand, Vietnam). Within the exhibition there will be a showcase of products of the food industry and innovations from upstream to downstream consisting of “Food Products” (agri products, health & wellness food, halal food, animal proteins, ready-to-eat food, HoReCa food, alternative proteins, super food, sweets & snacks, drinks & beverages) and “Food Innovation and Technology” (ingredients & additives, seasoning, processing machines, packaging & labelling, food standards, cold chain & logistics, food services). Furthermore, to be presented at the show the latest trends of future food and technology solutions. In addition, the exhibitors and visitors will enjoy activities such as conference on the latest global food trends, exclusive business matching with selected international buyers who will be hosted to the show, and chef tables where the exclusive dishes will be created for the audience to taste.
