CATEX Dublin

CATEX, short for Catering Exhibition, is the largest trade fair for gastronomy and hospitality in Ireland, first held in 1965. It takes place annually at the RDS Simmonscourt Pavilion in Dublin, organized by the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance (IFSA) in cooperation with EventHaus Ltd. This event brings together leading industry experts to discuss the latest trends and innovations.

The fair is characterized by a wide range of topics, from product and service innovations to energy savings and waste management, extending to sustainability efforts. Visitors can experience the introduction of new technologies and sustainable practices that reflect current industry trends.
