Since its launch in 2015 by Hannover Fairs Australia—a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG—it has become the industry’s central gathering for cutting-edge technologies and solutions in warehouse and material handling. The name “CeMAT” stands for “Centrum für Materialflusstechnik” and recalls the event’s origins in Hanover, underlining the pivotal role of material flow engineering in modern industry. Held annually, CeMAT Australia alternates between Sydney and Melbourne.

What sets this exhibition apart is its hands-on focus on automated intralogistics systems, end-to-end digital transformation and sustainable, resilient warehousing solutions.
