CeMAT Russia is the leading trade fair for intralogistics, warehousing, and supply chain management in Russia. Held annually, it is exclusively open to trade visitors. The name “CeMAT” stands for “Centrum für Materialfluss und Automatisierungstechnik” (Center for Material Flow and Automation Technology). The event takes place at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow—one of the country’s most modern and best-connected exhibition venues. With its functional infrastructure and architecturally sophisticated setting, the venue offers ideal conditions for professional exchange among industry, commerce, and the service sector.
Organized by LLC OKTO, formerly Deutsche Messe RUS (DM RUS), CeMAT Russia successfully transfers the expertise of CeMAT Hannover to the Russian market. Officially supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the fair underscores its significant role in economic and industrial policy.
CeMAT Russia stands out for its clear thematic structure and in-depth focus. The exhibition is divided into dedicated areas such as Store & Load, Move & Lift, Logistics IT, Pick & Pack, Manage & Service, and Transport and Logistics Packaging. These zones provide a comprehensive overview of key aspects of modern intralogistics, covering everything from traditional storage and conveyor systems to industrial trucks, lifting equipment, automated robotics, digital solutions, IT infrastructure, and sustainable logistics concepts.
Visitors gain a complete overview of the entire intralogistics value chain. Exhibits include shelving systems, forklifts, order-picking solutions, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), packaging machinery, as well as ERP and WMS software solutions, complemented by RFID and barcode technologies. The fair features not only Russian suppliers but also international market leaders, making it a central platform for innovation and technological exchange.
An integral part of the event is its supporting program, which includes conferences, forums, and practical product demonstrations. Industry experts address current trends, legal frameworks, and future developments along the supply chain. A particular highlight in previous years was the StaplerCup—the final round of Russia’s forklift operator championship—which combines technical expertise with entertainment value, attracting additional attention.
CeMAT Russia is a highly specialized B2B platform that promotes exchange among manufacturers, distributors, and users in the intralogistics sector. By combining technical know-how with concrete business opportunities, it has become an essential event for anyone aiming to succeed in the Russian logistics market.
The CeMAT Russia takes place annually, and therefore for the 16th time previsibly in September 2026 in Krasnogorsk.
