Since its inception in 2003, ChamlandBau has grown into far more than a traditional building fair – it has become a well-established institution for anyone looking to build, renovate, or modernize. Held once a year in the state-of-the-art Stadthalle Cham, the fair benefits from a central location and excellent infrastructure, offering ideal conditions for exhibitions, expert presentations, and events.

Since 2024, the organization of ChamlandBau has been in the hands of provi, a marketing and event agency based in Traitsching. In addition to ChamlandBau, the agency is also responsible for other successful regional trade fair formats such as ChamlandSchau, ChamlandVital, and ChamlandCareer. All events are characterized by their strong regional focus and clear alignment with the needs of both visitors and exhibitors. The transition to the new agency brings fresh energy and new ideas to ChamlandBau while maintaining its strong regional identity.

The fair centers around forward-looking themes such as energy-efficient construction, sustainable renovation, modern heating and energy systems, and smart living solutions.
