At the ChamlandBau - formerly known as the ChamerBauFachtage - which has been held annually since 2003, prospective builders and those aspiring to be can find expert information, the latest developments, and innovations, with competent advice exclusively from local firms. This fair showcases specialist companies from the Cham district and its surroundings, introducing their latest innovations, revealing trends, and offering advice. The experts at the various booths guarantee competence and provide the best possible specialist information. Expert lectures, workshops, demonstrations, and activities are scheduled across both days of the fair. Until 2023, the ChamlandBau was organized by MV service-werbung GmbH, based in Pemfling. The fair's new organizer is now the provi – Marketing and Event Agency located in Traitsching. In addition to the ChamlandBau, the provi agency also hosts the ChamlandSchau, ChamlandVital, and ChamlandCareer fairs. The ChamlandBau is held in the City Hall in Cham. This venue is a multifunctional event hall equipped with the latest lighting, audio, and media technology. The City Hall isn't just a top-notch venue for high-quality cultural events; its location and amenities also make it ideal for a variety of events, such as conferences, lectures, assemblies, seminars, workshops, balls, and exhibitions.
