The Commercial Kitchen Show is Australia's leading trade fair for catering equipment and supplies. It takes place annually and is part of Food and Hospitality Week. Organized by National Media, the Commercial Kitchen Show brings together leading figures from the foodservice industry – from kitchen designers and restaurateurs to consultants, top chefs and specialist retailers.

Once a year, the trade fair showcases the latest technologies, designs, and innovations in the field of professional catering. The focus is on modern kitchen appliances, automation solutions, robotics systems, and future-oriented concepts for increasing efficiency in commercial kitchens and catering establishments. Live demonstrations and interactive product demonstrations with expert guidance make the trade fair a hands-on experience.

A central element of the Commercial Kitchen Show is the comprehensive continuing education program.
