Confitexpo Guadalajara

Confitexpo is an international trade fair for confectionery, snacks, and festive accessories, held every summer since 1986 at the Guadalajara Exhibition Center in the Mexican metropolis of Guadalajara. The name "Confitexpo" is derived from the Spanish words Confitería (confectionery) and Expo (exhibition), precisely reflecting the event’s focus: a comprehensive showcase of the confectionery industry in all its facets. The fair is organized by Grupo GEFECC, S.A. de C.V., an experienced event management company specializing in industry-specific, business-oriented trade shows. It is considered one of the leading players in Mexico’s trade fair sector.

Confitexpo is exclusively aimed at trade professionals and positions itself as a specialized B2B platform. It attracts participants from over 17 countries, including importers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and decision-makers with clear purchasing intent. At its core, the exhibition presents current products and services from the confectionery industry—from traditional offerings such as chocolate, candies, cookies, and gummies, to raw materials, as well as cutting-edge machinery, equipment, and packaging technologies for industrial production.
