DATA CENTER Expo Poland is a highly specialised trade fair for data centre infrastructure, aimed squarely at decision-makers shaping the digital transformation. Its focus extends beyond showcasing new technologies to addressing a more fundamental question: how to design, build and operate high-performance, secure and sustainable data centres in an era defined by artificial intelligence, high-performance computing and rapidly growing data volumes.
Organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o.o., the event takes place at the modern PTAK Warsaw Expo venue in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw. As one of the largest exhibition centres in Central and Eastern Europe, the location highlights Poland’s growing role as a key hub for digital infrastructure. At the same time, the event reflects the country’s broader economic trajectory: thanks to its strategic position, rising investment in cloud and colocation infrastructure, and the expansion of renewable energy, Poland is becoming increasingly important for international data centre projects.
In terms of content, DATA CENTER Expo Poland covers the entire value chain of modern data centres—from design and construction to power supply, cooling, IT systems, security and operations. Particular emphasis is placed on energy-efficient power solutions, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, advanced energy storage technologies and sustainable models such as power purchase agreements (PPAs). The exhibition also features cutting-edge air and liquid cooling technologies developed specifically for AI and HPC workloads. This is complemented by providers of modular construction solutions, racks, cabling, monitoring software, as well as physical security and fire protection systems. Telecommunications solutions, edge computing technologies and consultancy services in ESG and compliance are also integral to the offering.
Exhibitors represent a wide range of highly specialised sectors, including construction and engineering, energy and utilities, IT infrastructure, telecommunications and software development. This diversity is mirrored in the professional audience: key visitors include data centre operators, IT and infrastructure leaders, engineers, investors, and representatives from industry, cloud services and the public sector—all seeking practical solutions for scalable, future-proof data architectures.
A defining feature of the event is its strong practical orientation. In addition to the exhibition itself, the programme includes expert conferences, panel discussions and networking formats that address current challenges such as energy efficiency, regulatory requirements and the integration of AI.
Finally, the event stands out not only for the depth of its content but also for its excellent infrastructure. The PTAK Warsaw Expo site is conveniently located just a few kilometres from central Warsaw and the international airport, with easy access by both car and public transport. This makes DATA CENTER Expo Poland an ideal platform for effective networking, targeted business development and gaining a concise overview of the future of the data centre industry.
The first edition and therefore the premiere of the DATA CENTER Expo Poland takes place on 3 days from Tue., 22.09.2026 to Thur., 24.09.2026 in Nadarzyn.
