The DIE & MOULD INDIA is a specialized trade fair designed specifically for the tool and die industry in India. It is held biennially and was first organized in 1998. As the Indian counterpart to the renowned EuroMold, it responds to the dynamic economic developments of recent years and the rapidly growing demand in India for tools, dies, as well as design, engineering, visualization, and simulation. The main organizer of the fair is Tagma India, an organization dedicated to promoting the tool and die industry in India.
The fair aims to facilitate access for European exhibitors and visitors to the Indian growth market, thereby strengthening the European position. The fair's thematic diversity covers a wide range: machine tools and accessories for dies, machines for plastics, presses for sheet metal parts, precision machining including aerospace components, surface treatment, additive manufacturing, CNC milling/machining centers, EDM, cutting tools, heat treatment, injection molding machines, inspection and quality systems, CMM, and software for CAD, CAM, CAE simulation.
A distinctive feature of DIE & MOULD INDIA is its close integration of traditional manufacturing processes with modern technologies like 3D printing. This allows participants to stay informed about the latest innovations and trends in the industry while also establishing contacts and business relationships.
The fair takes place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Mumbai, one of India's leading exhibition and convention centers. This center offers extensive infrastructure and modern facilities, making it an ideal location for international fairs and conferences. Its strategic location in Mumbai, the financial and economic hub of India, makes it an attractive meeting point for professionals from around the world.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 11. April to 14. April 2018, about 31256 visitors on the DIE & MOULD INDIA in Mumbai.
The DIE & MOULD INDIA will take place on 4 days from Tuesday, 21. April to Friday, 24. April 2026 in Mumbai.
