EURO EXPO Falun

The EURO EXPO is a regional trade fair for the manufacturing and process industries and is regarded as one of Sweden’s leading industrial networking events. Open exclusively to trade visitors, it provides a practical overview of the latest technologies, products and services for industrial applications.

The Falun edition is held every two years at the Lugnets Sporthall. It is organised by European Exposition Systems AB, based in Gävle, which has been running the EURO EXPO since 1997. The established event concept comprises a series of regional industrial trade fairs held annually at various locations across Sweden and Norway. This enables companies to engage directly with their target audiences in the country’s key industrial regions while also supporting regional economic development.

The EURO EXPO focuses on solutions for modern, efficient and safe industrial production. Exhibits showcase innovations in production technology, industrial automation, control and electrical engineering, industrial electronics, design and product development, as well as maintenance and predictive maintenance. The exhibition is further complemented by industrial components and supplies, tools, logistics solutions, technical services, engineering and consultancy services, together with products and solutions for occupational health and safety. As a result, the event covers the entire value chain of manufacturing businesses, from planning and design through production to maintenance, servicing and procurement.

Exhibitors primarily represent the machinery and plant engineering, industrial automation, electrical engineering, industrial electronics, measurement technology, maintenance, occupational health and safety, technical wholesale, and industrial services sectors. Trade visitors include production managers, plant and operations managers, maintenance managers, design engineers, automation engineers, procurement specialists, project managers, technical decision-makers and company executives from the manufacturing and process industries. They attend the event to explore new technologies, evaluate future investments and strengthen existing business relationships while developing new commercial contacts.

Lugnets Sporthall provides Falun with a modern, centrally located venue within the well-known Lugnet sports and leisure complex. The exhibition hall is just a few minutes from both Falun city centre and Falun railway station by car, bus or taxi, offering convenient access for both regional and national trade visitors.
