EXPO RECICLABLES is Latin America’s premier trade fair for innovative and forward-thinking recycling. At its core lies the vision of a functioning circular economy. The name itself is emblematic: “EXPO” stands for an international platform for exchange and business development, while “RECICLABLES” reflects a firm commitment to the reuse of a wide variety of materials – from traditional scrap to advanced high-tech components.

EXPO RECICLABLES is organized by the Comité Organizador – International Recyclers Franchise. The event brings together the leading players in the recycling sector, including companies, technology providers, industry partners, NGOs, government bodies, and research institutions.

The focus lies on practical and highly relevant topics: mechanical recycling of diverse materials such as aluminum, steel, copper, zinc, glass, plastics, textiles, PET, e-waste, and paper, alongside specialized machinery, systems, and processes for sorting, compacting, and processing. Cutting-edge technologies for recovering electronic waste, smart solutions for the automotive and electronics industries, and advanced systems for processing industrial alloys and lubricants position the fair as a central hub for innovation in the sector.

Special attention is given to the economic dimensions of the circular economy, ESG criteria, and the development of sustainable business models. EXPO RECICLABLES serves not only as a trade fair but also as a strategic platform for knowledge transfer, investment, and international cooperation.
