The Evenord in Nuremberg is an innovation fair for butchers and gastronomy. This trade exhibition, which was held for the first time in 1968, has over the years become a magnet for butchers, restaurateurs and hoteliers from Franconia, Thuringia and Saxony. It is one of the most traditional trade fairs in the butcher trade. This event offers everything a butcher needs for his work. The fair is organized by Evenord eG - a modern food wholesaler for commercial customers with its headquarters in Nuremberg.
