Austria Center Vienna

Austria’s capital is home to 1.5 million people who enjoy the flair of the 10th biggest city in Europe based on the number of inhabitants. And the city has much to offer. Next to the colourful and remarkable "Hundertwasserhaus" the amusement park "Prater" attracts many visitors. But they can also enjoy one of the small or big cafés in the city centre and have a delicious strudel or pancake. Of course there is an appropriate big convention centre in Vienna. The Austria Centre Vienna is situated directly at the motorways A22 and A8 between the old and new Danube. Next to the exhibition centre there is a parking area for around 1.000 cars and motorbikes. There is also a parking space for 40 busses and enough place for numerous trucks. You can also reach the convention centre by tube line 1 if you get off the tube on station „Kaisermühlen/VIC (Vienna International Center)“. Yonly need 8 minutes from the city centre to the convention centre. The Austria Center Vienna complex includes a lot of rooms in various sizes as well as lounges and some big exhibition halls with an area from 2.700 m² up to 4.000 m². With 3.000 m² room A is by far the biggest room. The other rooms are smaller with the 251 m² room being the smallest. They are suitable for a wide range of different events. Those rooms are spread all over 4 floors. The 42 offices and meeting rooms are located on the centre’s 5th floor which is the top floor. As a huge tourist destination, Vienna itself offers enough accommodation of all kinds, which are as easily reachable by public transport as the international airport.
