The FOOD & LIFE event in Munich is a prestigious consumer and sales fair dedicated entirely to the themes of food, drink, and enjoyment. Established in 2004, the fair has been organized by GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH and, since the spring of 2023, takes place twice a year. It has established itself as Germany's largest meeting point for culinary excellence, attracting visitors interested in high-quality, artisanal delicacies.
The fair offers an impressive variety of products and services. Ranging from small manufacturers with regional specialties to producers of sustainable organic products, the selection is diverse. It includes spreads, baked and confectionery goods, fine and health foods, fish, meat and sausages, beverages and spirits, spices, herbs, vinegar, oil, coffee, tea, dairy products, eggs, fruits, and vegetables. This culinary abundance makes the fair a paradise for gourmets and lovers of good taste.
A distinctive feature of FOOD & LIFE is the presentation by passionate distillers, brewers, coffee roasters, chocolatiers, and butchers, who showcase their products and their production processes. Celebrity chefs demonstrate their skills on live stages, making the fair an interactive and educational experience.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 5 days of the fair, from 08. March to 12. March 2023, about 150 exhibitors on the FOOD & LIFE in Munich.
The FOOD & LIFE takes place twice a year, and therefore for the 21st time previsibly in September 2024 in Munich.
