The FUEL STATION EXPO is Poland's leading trade fair for fuel station, energy and mobility technologies, serving as a premier business platform dedicated to the future of modern filling stations. The event showcases innovative technologies, sustainable energy solutions and digital concepts designed to make fuel station operations more efficient, environmentally responsible and commercially successful.
The exhibition is held at the modern PTAK Warsaw Expo exhibition centre in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, and is organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o. o., one of the largest privately owned exhibition organisers in Central and Eastern Europe. Each year, the company hosts numerous international trade fairs and industry events, establishing itself as a leading platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange between industry, commerce and investors. Thanks to its strategic location close to the Polish capital, the venue provides an ideal meeting place for domestic and international companies as well as trade visitors from across Europe.
The FUEL STATION EXPO focuses on the ongoing transformation of the fuel and energy sectors. Exhibits cover conventional fuel supply solutions alongside technologies for electric mobility, hydrogen applications, alternative fuels, energy storage, photovoltaics and renewable energy. The exhibition also highlights EV charging infrastructure, vehicle wash and car care systems, industrial valves, fuel transfer systems, automation and control technologies, digital payment solutions, point-of-sale systems, retail technologies, mobile applications and customer loyalty programmes. The offering is further enhanced by innovative concepts for convenience stores, the HoReCa sector, and forward-looking mobility and energy solutions developed by technology companies and start-ups.
A key highlight of the event is the accompanying Fuel Station Industry Congress, where leading experts, decision-makers and industry professionals discuss current developments and future prospects in the fuel retailing, energy and mobility sectors. Key topics include electric mobility, hydrogen technologies, EV charging infrastructure, energy storage, car wash and car care, as well as innovative concepts for filling stations and convenience retail. The congress features practical presentations, expert panel discussions and outstanding opportunities for knowledge sharing and professional networking.
Exhibitors include manufacturers of fuel dispensers, storage tanks and fuel handling equipment, as well as suppliers of infrastructure for LPG, CNG, LNG and hydrogen systems. Companies specialising in electric mobility, EV charging infrastructure, energy and storage technologies, photovoltaics, vehicle wash systems, car care products, industrial automation, retail technologies, payment solutions, and IT and software solutions are also represented. The exhibitor profile is complemented by suppliers of convenience retail and foodservice equipment, research institutes, industry associations, trade media, and innovative start-ups operating in the mobility and energy sectors.
The trade fair is aimed primarily at fuel station network operators, oil companies, energy providers, investors, wholesalers and retailers, engineering and design consultancies, EV charging infrastructure operators, logistics companies, fleet managers, representatives of public authorities, and decision-makers from the energy, mobility, automotive, retail and facilities management sectors. Manufacturers, suppliers and technology developers also attend to establish new business relationships and build international partnerships.
Held at the PTAK Warsaw Expo exhibition centre in Nadarzyn, the FUEL STATION EXPO offers modern exhibition halls, extensive outdoor display areas and first-class infrastructure for international trade events. Located just a few kilometres south-west of central Warsaw, the venue is easily accessible by car, shuttle bus or public transport via the S8 expressway, the A2 motorway and Warsaw Chopin Airport. These excellent facilities and transport connections provide the ideal setting for a successful international industry gathering.
