The Pyramid company contact fair (Firmenkontaktmesse Pyramid) is an annual career event with a long-standing tradition. Since its inception in 1990, it has evolved into one of the most important platforms for professional networking in southern Germany. The name “Pyramid” symbolises the triad of knowledge, practical experience and success – the core pillars on which students and graduates can build their professional futures.

Organised by Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, the fair is specifically aimed at students and aspiring professionals from the fields of engineering, computer science, business, and social sciences. It takes place each spring, usually in May, at the modern Augsburg Trade Fair Centre – a conveniently located venue that is easily accessible by both public transport and car. There, young talent meets around 200 renowned companies from a wide range of industries, including automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, IT and environmental technology.

What sets the Pyramid fair apart is its strong practical relevance and its deep regional roots. As an initiative of Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, it builds a bridge between academic education and the business world in the Bavarian-Swabian region and beyond. In this professional yet approachable setting, meaningful connections are made and real career opportunities emerge.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on 17. May 2023 about 250 exhibitors and 3000 visitors on the Firmenkontaktmesse Pyramid in Augsburg.

The Firmenkontaktmesse Pyramid takes place annually, and therefore for the 35th time previsibly in April 2026 in Augsburg.
