FoodTech San Miguel

FoodTech, held annually since 2017, is a leading fair for innovations and technological advancements in the food industry. The name signifies the fusion of food science and technology, which are the core themes of this trade fair. It serves as a comprehensive platform covering sectors such as agriculture, poultry and livestock farming, as well as food processing and packaging.

The fair is organized by Food & Health Consulting S.A.C. and showcases the latest machinery, equipment, technologies, and services for food processing and packaging. With a specific focus on sectors like dairy products, fisheries, meat production, milling, bakeries, confectioneries, chocolate, ice cream, and coffee, the fair also covers related areas such as chemistry and pharmacy. Additionally, it provides an important platform for introducing nutrients, additives, and new technologies in food production.
