Forest Fair (Forstmesse) Lucerne

The International Forestry Fair in Lucerne is a significant meeting point for the forestry industry and its suppliers. The fair combines innovation with tradition, showcasing the latest developments in equipment and processes in the forestry and timber industry. Since 1971, the Forestry Fair has enjoyed an excellent reputation across Europe as a leading and selling fair along the forest-timber chain, and it is the largest fair in Switzerland for new and further developments in forest management. It stands for trends in logging technology and forestry logistics. Every two years, specialized exhibitors present refined processing methods and products that are important for forest management. The exhibition center in Lucerne is among the most beautiful exhibition grounds in Europe. Its state-of-the-art infrastructure, optimal transport links, and walking distance to the city center make the exhibition center an ideal location for fairs, events, or congresses. The organizer of the fair is ZT Fachmessen AG, a third-generation, owner-managed, independent family business and one of the largest private fair organizers in Switzerland. Its eight in-house trade fairs, including specialist and public fairs with around 2,000 exhibitors, attract over 150,000 visitors annually.
