The GOOD LIFE Fair is Japan’s premier exhibition for sustainable and mindful lifestyles—far more than a conventional product showcase. Its name represents a holistic concept: living healthily, consuming organically, thinking openly, and engaging in dialogue—everything that defines a good life today. The event is aimed at people who seek to live consciously, responsibly, and with a focus on the future—both on a personal and societal level.
Held once a year at the renowned Tokyo Big Sight exhibition center, the fair is organized by the long-established media group The Asahi Shimbun Company, known for its strong journalistic values. That same commitment to quality, social relevance, and innovation is reflected throughout the event.
The GOOD LIFE Fair uniquely combines pressing social issues with a positive outlook on life. At its core are themes such as sustainable consumption, health, well-being, and responsible lifestyle choices. It demonstrates how environmental awareness, social responsibility, and personal needs can be harmoniously integrated into everyday life—inspiring, practical, and always held to a high standard.
The range of topics spans sustainable architecture, plant-based nutrition, organic cosmetics, mental health, future-proof fashion, and innovative business models. Exhibitors showcase a wide array of products and services, including eco-friendly food production, regional cuisine, nature-based beauty products, green living concepts, sustainable mobility solutions, and educational or coaching offers. The program is further enriched by workshops, expert talks, interactive formats, and a diverse culinary lineup—from tastings to themed food experiences.
A particular highlight is the SDG Market, where companies and organizations present their contributions to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Equally noteworthy is the special exhibition "New Perspectives – Manabi Expo," which focuses on education, social innovation, and civic engagement.
Exhibitors primarily represent sectors such as food, health, wellness, interior design, fashion, tourism, technology, education, and sustainable entrepreneurship. The audience is equally diverse, ranging from conscious consumers to professionals from retail, hospitality, and wellness, as well as decision-makers from business, education, and the public sector. The fair clearly appeals to individuals actively seeking sustainable alternatives—whether for their private lives or professional practice.
The venue, Tokyo Big Sight, is located in the vibrant Odaiba district and is well-connected to the public transport network, with direct access via the Yurikamome Line and various bus and ferry routes. With its striking architecture and modern infrastructure, it offers the perfect setting for an event that aims to broaden horizons and enrich the lives of its visitors—in practical, inspiring, and forward-thinking ways.
The GOOD LIFE Fair will take place on 3 days from Friday, 26. September to Sunday, 28. September 2025 in Tokyo.
