The Garden Market “Sommer-Blüten-Träume” (SBT) is an annual experience fair that has been delighting gardening enthusiasts, creative minds, and families alike since its debut in 2009. Organized by the municipal administration of Rechberghausen, this vibrant event takes place each August in the picturesque landscape park “Grüne Mitte” – a green oasis perfectly suited for a celebration of nature, art, and inspiration. The name SBT not only stands for “Sommer-Blüten-Träume” itself but also captures what visitors can expect: sensory impressions, meaningful encounters, and a diverse range of themes that run like a common thread through the thoughtfully curated concept.

What makes this garden market so unique is its blend of botanical trade fair and creative summer festival. Set in an atmospheric environment, more than 100 exhibitors from horticulture, crafts, and artisanal design come together each year. At the heart of the event is an impressive selection of plants – including perennials, roses, hydrangeas, ornamental grasses, herbs, water plants, and rare botanical treasures such as orchids and bonsais.
