The "Good Life Show", first held in 2024, is a leading international trade fair focusing on food, beverages, sustainable lifestyle products, and well-being. The show targets an audience interested in topics such as nutrition, health, wellness, and environmental protection, and who aspire to a more conscious lifestyle. Organized by Live Events Africa (Pty) Ltd., the "Good Life Show" is held annually.

Key themes of the fair include plant-based foods and beverages, natural and organic products free from chemical additives, animal testing, or synthetic ingredients, and the "Free-from" range, showcasing foods and products devoid of allergens, gluten, or other ingredients commonly causing dietary restrictions. A special focus is also on sustainable products ranging from beverages, beauty care, household appliances, clothing, to wellness items and accessories, featured as part of the SustainEx.
