The Gourmet Show (GS) is Mexico’s leading trade fair for premium food, fine beverages, and culinary lifestyle. Held annually in the heart of Mexico City – at the modern Pepsi Center adjacent to the World Trade Center (WTC) – the event attracts culinary professionals, gourmet enthusiasts, and key decision-makers from across the food industry. Organized by Tradex Exposiciones, a seasoned exhibition company with decades of experience, the show has established itself as a benchmark in the sector.

Each September, the Gourmet Show provides an exclusive platform for networking, presentation, and culinary exploration. Its clearly defined thematic structure, divided into dedicated exhibition zones known as Pabellones, offers visitors a well-organized experience while spotlighting industry trends and innovations. The Wine Room showcases international wines and premium spirits, while the Agave Fest is dedicated to traditional Mexican agave-based distillates such as tequila and mezcal. With Veganautas, the show also highlights the growing plant-based and vegan movement, reinforcing its commitment to culinary diversity and forward-thinking concepts.
