HKTDC Food Expo Hong Kong

The HKTDC Food Expo is Asia’s leading trade and public exhibition for food and gastronomy. It takes place every August at the renowned Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. The event is organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), a key institution dedicated to promoting international trade and Hong Kong’s economic development.

The expo serves as a forward-looking platform that brings together the entire spectrum of the food market under one roof. Its clearly defined sections ensure remarkable diversity. The Food Expo is reserved exclusively for industry professionals, focusing on innovation, technological advancements, and international sourcing. The Public Hall and the exclusive Gourmet Zone invite the general public to shop and discover culinary highlights.

The HKTDC Food Expo showcases premium products, everyday classics, and specialties from around the globe, while also addressing current trends such as alternative proteins, 3D food printing, and intelligent packaging solutions. On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 5 days of the fair, from 15. August to 19. August 2024, about 955 exhibitors and 500000 visitors on the HKTDC Food Expo in Hong Kong.

The HKTDC Food Expo will take place on 3 days from Thursday, 14. August to Saturday, 16. August 2025 in Hong Kong.
