HOFEX Hong Kong

The HOFEX is an international trade fair for food, beverages, hotels, restaurants, catering, and equipment in Asia, taking place biennially at the renowned Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Centre, which opened in 1988, is picturesquely located at Victoria Harbour and features state-of-the-art exhibition and conference facilities. HOFEX stands for "Hotel, Food, and Restaurant Expo."
