IBAKTECH Istanbul

IBAKTECH is an international trade fair for bakery and confectionery machinery, ice cream, chocolate and related production technologies. Open exclusively to trade visitors, it is one of the leading industry platforms in Eurasia. The event takes place at the Istanbul Fair Center (İstanbul Fuar Merkezi) in the Yeşilköy district and is held every two years. It is organised by Messe Stuttgart Turkey Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti.

IBAKTECH covers the entire value chain across the bakery, confectionery, chocolate, sweets, ice cream, foodservice and food production sectors.
