IDS Cologne

The International Dental Show (IDS) is the world’s leading trade fair for the dental industry and a key meeting point for dentists, dental technicians, the dental industry, and the specialized trade. Held every two years at Koelnmesse in Cologne, it is organized by the Society for the Promotion of the Dental Industry (GFDI), a subsidiary of the Association of the German Dental Industry (VDDI).

As an innovation platform and showcase for the latest developments in dentistry and dental technology, IDS sets the benchmark for the future of the industry. Key focus areas include digital dentistry with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology, innovative implantology, advanced materials for prosthetics and restorative dentistry, and pioneering concepts in preventive dental care.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 5 days of the fair, from 25. March to 29. March 2025, about 2000 exhibitors from 60 countries and 135000 visitors from 156 countries on the IDS in Cologne.

The IDS will take place on 5 days from Tuesday, 16. March to Saturday, 20. March 2027 in Cologne.
