The Trade Fair IFE (International Food & Drink Event) takes place every two years in London and is organized by Montgomery International Ltd. It is one of the UK's largest trade shows for food and drink and is particularly suitable for buyers and distributors from the food and drink sector. Various types of food and beverages from various industries are featured at the show, including ready meals, beverages, meat, fish, cheese, baked goods, snacks, spices, confectionery, kitchenware, and more. A large number of technological innovations, new packaging methods, and specialized services will also be presented. There are also specialties such as organic food and vegan products. There is also a range of seminars and events focused on the latest trends in the food and beverage industry. Various prizes and awards are presented at the IFE in London every year, including the IFE Innovation Award.

The IFE takes place biennially, and therefore for the 22nd time previsibly in March 2027 in London.
