Founded in 2024, the international art fair Inter.ART has brought a fresh and dynamic presence to the European art scene. Each year, it opens its doors at the historic Salle du Münsterhof, located in the heart of Strasbourg – a city renowned for its cultural diversity, European spirit, and creative openness.
Conceived and curated by Myriam Booghs – a visionary gallerist and passionate advocate of contemporary art – the fair positions itself as a vibrant meeting place between artists and audiences. It transcends elitist structures, offering an accessible, dialogue-oriented environment shaped by mutual respect. With her Galerie d’Art, Booghs has redefined standards in artistic presentation and participation. With Inter.ART, she has created a space that not only exhibits artworks but also opens up intellectual and conversational dimensions.
The Inter.ART Strasbourg Salon is not a conventional art fair. It is a curated art experience that amplifies underrepresented voices and showcases works rarely seen at established fairs or in traditional galleries. The exhibition features contemporary works by painters, photographers, sculptors, and artisans from around the world – with a particular focus on those working outside the mainstream.
Its multicultural approach is more than a theme – it lies at the core of the fair’s identity. The participating artists reflect a wide spectrum of global perspectives, lived realities, and artistic expressions. Inter.ART stands for creative freedom, intercultural dialogue, and artistic diversity – values of vital importance in today’s social landscape.
At the center of the fair are not only the artworks, but also the people behind them – their stories, visions, and concerns. Through artist talks, live performances, studio presentations, and interactive formats, the fair becomes a platform for creative discourse. Art professionals, collectors, gallery owners, and art enthusiasts gain access to emerging talents and gain deeper artistic and cultural insights.
Exhibitors represent the fields of fine art, applied arts, and experimental art forms. The fair attracts visitors from the worlds of culture, media, design, education, tourism, and the art trade – both from the region and the international community.
Designed as a one-time event, the Inter.ART Strasbourg Salon intentionally focuses on a single venue of symbolic significance. The Salle du Münsterhof, just steps from Strasbourg Cathedral, blends medieval architecture with contemporary use, offering a unique setting that casts the artworks in a distinctive light.
Strasbourg – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and European capital – not only provides a culturally engaged audience, but also excellent infrastructure. The fair is easily accessible by train (TGV, Strasbourg-Ville station), car, or via Strasbourg-Entzheim International Airport.
Inter.ART Strasbourg Salon – more than a fair: a cultural statement, a creative forum, and an invitation to rediscover art.
Visitors and exhibitors meet for the 2nd time on the Inter.ART on 3 days from Fri., 21.11.2025 to Sun., 23.11.2025 in Strasbourg.
