The International Gem & Jewelry Show – InterGem® is one of the leading direct-to-consumer exhibitions for jewellery, gemstones and jewellery-making supplies in the United States. It is recognised as the oldest continuously running public jewellery show of its kind in America. Visitors have the unique opportunity to purchase jewellery and gemstones directly from manufacturers and dealers, compare products, and receive expert advice from experienced professionals. Since its inception, the show has grown into one of the world's largest direct sales marketplaces for jewellery and gemstones. It is organised by InterGem, Inc., which stages more than 60 events each year in over 35 cities across the United States and has been promoting direct trade between exhibitors and buyers for decades.

The InterGem® event in Collinsville is held twice a year at the Gateway Convention Center in Collinsville, Illinois. This modern convention and exhibition venue is one of the leading event locations in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area and benefits from a highly accessible location adjacent to Interstates 55, 70 and 255.
