The Istanbul Prohunt, established in 2012, is a significant trade fair for hunting weapons and outdoor sports in Turkey. The name "Prohunt" stands for "Professional Hunting", emphasizing the event's professional focus on hunting. It is held annually at the Istanbul Expo Center (Istanbul Fuar Merkez – IFM), one of the city's largest exhibition centers, attracting international visitors and exhibitors. The fair is organized by EFEM International Fair and Event Services Inc.

As a leading event of its kind, the Istanbul Prohunt reflects Turkey's global significance in the manufacture and export of hunting rifles. The broad range of themes includes weapons and weapon components, defense technologies, special security equipment, and electronic and optical devices.
