The job fair initiated by the Estrel Berlin in cooperation with the Employment Agency and Berlin partners, is aimed at bringing together refugees with work permit and enterprises as well as educational institutions. The visitors can catch up on both training and job opportunities as well as employment and training structures. Lots of migrants and people with a refugee background have the potentials demanded by companies in Berlin and Brandenburg. It is the task of the job fair for refugees and migrants to bring together both parties in order to find a workplace or training position for as many refugees as possible with a secured prospect of residence. Due to the collaboration with the Employment Agency and numerous associations it is possible to clarify questions about legal situations and the recognition of qualifications and certificates directly on site. With a total of 1,900 events per year the venue, the Estrel Congress Center, is a top location for events of all kinds and sizes in Berlin. A multi-storey car park is available for visitors of the fair. The connection to public transport is ideal as well. A bus stop and a taxi rank are located directly at the Estrel.
