The Country Life Garden Festival in the Kurpark of Baabe, situated on the idyllic island of Rügen, ignites a passion for rural living. Under the themes "Home + Balcony", "Farmyard + Garden" and "Lifestyle & Culinary Arts", carefully selected exhibitors gather to offer a fascinating mix of fair and sales event. Visitors can look forward to a variety of products, from plants and garden stakes to garden furniture and barbecues.
Baabe is located on the southeast coast of the island of Rügen, nestled between the Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren, at the junction of the Mönchgut peninsula. The town is bordered directly by the Baltic Sea and thus features numerous beaches with fine sand.
Lovers of gardening and stylish living will find plenty to enjoy. Vendors from near and far display their most splendid perennials and historic roses, inviting admiration, scenting, and purchasing. Culinary delights are also plentiful: from savory herbs to fine oils and dips, to exclusive cheese and ham specialties—the selection is abundant.
