Lebensfreude Frankfurt

The interactive health and wellness fair taking place in Frankfurt is completely dedicated to the motto happiness: happiness is good for health and well-being. Happiness stimulates our vitality and success and makes it easier to achieve our goals. Visitors can look forward to interesting offers and practical tips for a better inner and outer balance. Taking part – e. g. in our popular yoga lessons -, discovering, experiencing and trying are the main topics of our trade fair. Our internal sound lounge, spa as well as a wholesome massage offer the best possibilities to relax in an optimum way. Healthy food and good relationships make happy! Another focus of the exhibition contributing to the personal happiness is the healthy diet. The live cooking show demonstrates how delicious healthy meals can be, and the food can also be tried! A fulfilled professional life also makes happy. Therefore, the visitors of our fair have the chance to learn how the own talent can become a profession. To this effect, appropriate occupations are presented, such as healer, yoga teacher, or Ayurvedic therapist. But also with regard to the professions nutrition counselling or coaching interesting information is provided. The fascinating program of the Frankfurt fair is completed by interesting readings, lectures, concerts, movie screenings and workshops. Altogether, more than 80 exhibitors and 90 events constitute an information forum, where moments of happiness are guaranteed.
