The Logmat Sri Lanka, short for "Logistics and Material Handling", is an international trade fair specializing in logistics and material handling. Hosted at the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall) in Colombo, a key cultural and economic hub of Sri Lanka, this location enhances the fair's connection with the local and regional economic infrastructure.
The event is organized by Smart Expos & Fairs India Pvt. Ltd., a leading organizer in the trade fair industry, known for its expertise in developing professional platforms for industry and trade professionals. The fair covers a wide range of areas, including material transport solutions, storage solutions, automation, logistics and transport, as well as advanced identification and data capture technologies (AIDC & RFID) and supply chain solutions. In addition to the trade fair in Sri Lanka, the "Logmat" trade fair concept is also being held in Kenya, Nigeria and India, which underlines its international importance.
Logmat Sri Lanka showcases a variety of products and services, including pallet trucks, forklifts, industrial doors and shutters, and automated storage and retrieval systems, tailored to industries such as automotive, construction, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
The fair primarily targets professionals from automation, IT, engineering, and supply chain management, and in addition to the exhibition, it offers an extensive program of seminars, workshops, and panel discussions led by industry experts. These events facilitate the exchange of expertise and the latest trends.
The venue at the BMICH is easily accessible and provides modern facilities that are ideal for such a large-scale event. It serves not only as a trade fair center but also as a central hub for business contacts and developments in the region.
The Logmat Srilanka takes place annually, and therefore for the 5th time previsibly in September 2025 in Colombo.
