The MEDICUS in Plovdiv is an international trade fair for medical devices, supplies, and hospital equipment. As part of an international trio of exhibitions - consisting of "MEDICUS", "DENTO", and "GALENIA" - the MEDICUS is an integral component of a trade show accompanied by a professional forum where health experts, dentists, and doctors from across Europe convene with leading manufacturers and representatives of the dental, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. The international exhibition for medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy, MEDICUS, DENTO, GALENIA, is the most esteemed forum in Bulgaria's healthcare sector. It serves as a platform that amalgamates expertise, innovation, information, communication, and networking.
The MEDICUS is organized by the International Fair Plovdiv, one of the foremost exhibition companies in Southeast Europe. They curate a wide range of sector-spanning and specialized exhibitions, including the national participation and representation of Bulgaria at several global expos. The trade show showcases the latest in technology, products, and application techniques in areas such as medical devices, supplies, and hospital equipment.
With an exhibition space spanning 159,100 square meters, the Plovdiv exhibition grounds is among the most expansive exhibition venues in Southeast Europe. The complex, comprising 17 multifunctional pavilions and a contemporary conference center, stands as the ideal venue for a trade show of this magnitude.
The MEDICUS takes place annually, and therefore for the 26th time previsibly in October 2024 in Plovdiv.
