Fancy a model railway? The Model Railway Exchange in Lambsheim is an exhibition for model making and a public event. Commercial and private exhibitors offer new and used items, model railways, model railway accessories, model cars, tin toys, dolls, and literature. There is also a test track where all systems and gauges can be tried out. The first model railway fair was held in Frankenthal-Studernheim in 2010. Since then, the Modell-Eisenbahnfreunde Frankenthal e.V. have been organizing four fairs a year. Since 2012, the exchanges have taken place in the gym of the Turnverein 1864/04 Lambsheim e.V. The hall is well lit and comfortably tempered. Admission is free for children and young people up to the age of 16. A visit is definitely worth it!
