The NURSERY TRADE FAIR is an international trade and public exhibition dedicated to the nursery industry, plant production and modern horticultural technologies. The event focuses on the commercial cultivation, marketing and use of trees, shrubs, climbing plants and perennials. It takes place at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, Poland, and is organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o. o., a Polish organiser of international trade fairs. As an industry meeting point, the NURSERY TRADE FAIR brings together plant growers, technology suppliers, wholesale buyers and investors, providing insights into current developments and future prospects for the European nursery sector.
The exhibition focuses on nursery stock, young plants, new plant varieties and advanced production methods. Exhibits range from market-ready trees, ornamental shrubs, climbing plants and perennials to machinery, automated production systems and smart irrigation technologies. The event also covers growing media, fertilisers, crop protection solutions and services relating to plant logistics, contract growing, wholesale distribution and investment planning. Another key area is plants and technologies for climate-adapted landscaping, sustainable urban development and resilient green spaces. In doing so, the fair addresses major industry challenges, including climate change, resource efficiency, the economic viability of plant production and growing demand for environmentally sustainable landscaping solutions.
Exhibitors primarily represent the nursery and horticultural sectors, plant breeding, agricultural machinery, irrigation technology and production equipment. Companies specialising in fertilisers, crop protection, automation, growing media and logistics also showcase their products and services. The event is aimed particularly at nursery operators, plant growers, garden centre and wholesale trade representatives, landscape architects, urban planners, local authority decision-makers, property developers and investors. Members of the public can also explore new plant varieties, contemporary landscaping approaches and technological advances in horticulture.
The exhibition is complemented by the Green Investment Forum, a specialist conference addressing the economic, technological and environmental aspects of plant production. Key topics include profitable, climate-resilient plant production, the negotiation and structuring of supply and production contracts ahead of the growing season, and the selection of suitable plants for public green spaces, urban development schemes and property projects. The forum encourages professional exchange between growers, wholesale buyers, planners and investors, offering opportunities to establish business contacts and develop new partnerships.
The venue, Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, is one of Poland's largest exhibition and trade fair centres, located approximately 25 kilometres south-west of central Warsaw. Situated close to the S8 expressway, it is easily accessible by car and from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Its modern facilities and proximity to the Polish capital provide an ideal setting for networking and professional exchange among national and international industry representatives.
The NURSERY TRADE FAIR will take place on 3 days from Tuesday, 09. February to Thursday, 11. February 2027 in Nadarzyn.
