The New Aquitaine Agricultural Fair - Salon de l'Agriculture Nouvelle-Aquitaine - in Bordeaux is the most important regional fair for agriculture and food in western France. It is organized by BEAM Bordeaux Events and More and supported by the Network of Chambers of Agriculture of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
