Organized by Tradex Exposiciones – one of the country’s leading trade fair organizers with over 30 years of industry experience – it stands as the only event of its kind in Mexico. The fair brings together architecture, design, and construction at a high professional level, with a strong regional focus and international appeal.

At the core of the event are thematic, curated cycles that explore key industry topics. The Living Space Cycle focuses on the design of functional and inspiring living environments, featuring formats such as the National Housing Forum and The Business of Architecture. The Sustainability and Innovation Cycle highlights sustainable design, energy efficiency, and emerging technologies. The Lighting Cycle emphasizes the role of light as a central element of spatial design and ambiance.

A pivotal role is played by the CMF Obra Blanca platform, dedicated to the interplay of color, material, and finish. This year the OBRA BLANCA takes place on 3 days from Tue., 14.10.2025 to Thur., 16.10.2025 in Mexico City already for the 6th time.
