Ocean Connect Asia (OCA) is an annual trade exhibition held in Singapore, dedicated to maritime technologies, the blue economy and autonomous systems. Its primary focus is on innovative technologies and intelligent solutions designed to help the maritime and ocean industries address today's operational challenges efficiently, sustainably and safely.
The event takes place at the prestigious Sands Expo & Convention Centre in the heart of Singapore. It is organised by Montgomery International Ltd., an internationally recognised exhibition organiser with extensive experience in delivering high-quality B2B trade events. Building on the success of Geo Connect Asia, Ocean Connect Asia expands its established focus to include maritime technologies, hydrography, and unmanned and autonomous systems.
The exhibition covers virtually every key technology shaping today's maritime sector. Exhibits include artificial intelligence applications, data and cloud-based solutions, autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), robotics, drones, and maritime autonomous systems. The exhibition also showcases hydrographic and geotechnical surveying technologies, bathymetric and LiDAR systems, sonar and telemetry solutions, navigation and positioning technologies, oceanographic sensors, underwater communications, and inspection, monitoring and security solutions for maritime infrastructure. The product range is further complemented by battery technologies, imaging systems, satellite and remote sensing technologies, and cable and connectivity solutions designed for demanding marine environments.
Exhibitors represent a broad range of industries, including maritime technology, shipbuilding, the offshore sector, robotics, automation, surveying and geospatial technologies, sensor systems, satellite and communications technology, environmental technology, and research and development. The exhibitor profile is further strengthened by specialist service providers serving the maritime industry. The event attracts trade visitors from ports and offshore operations, shipping companies, energy providers, engineering and surveying consultancies, government agencies, coast guards, defence organisations, research institutions, universities and scientific organisations. Visitors are primarily senior decision-makers seeking innovative solutions for maritime applications.
A key strength of Ocean Connect Asia is its strong practical focus and its ability to bring together industry, academia and the public sector. Conferences, expert presentations and panel discussions provide valuable insights into the latest developments in digitalisation, autonomous navigation, maritime security and the sustainable use of marine resources. The exhibition also offers extensive opportunities for professional networking, knowledge exchange and the development of international business partnerships.
Its location in Singapore gives the exhibition particular strategic importance for the Asia-Pacific region. As one of the world's leading ports and shipping hubs, as well as a major centre for technology and international trade, Singapore provides an ideal setting for an international exhibition dedicated to maritime innovation.
The Sands Expo & Convention Centre is one of Asia's most advanced exhibition and convention venues and is located in the renowned Marina Bay district. Excellent transport links, including direct access to Singapore's MRT network, extensive bus services and close proximity to Changi International Airport, ensure convenient access for both domestic and international trade visitors. As a result, Ocean Connect Asia provides an outstanding platform for international knowledge exchange, technology transfer and the presentation of cutting-edge solutions for the global maritime industry.
The Ocean Connect Asia will take place on 2 days from Wednesday, 17. March to Thursday, 18. March 2027 in Singapore.
