POLFISH Gdańsk

POLFISH is the leading trade fair in Poland for the fishing and fish processing industry. Founded in 1989, it is held at the Amberexpo Exhibition and Convention Centre in Gdańsk. As a unique event in Poland and one of the largest of its kind in Central Eastern Europe, it attracts professionals from the entire supply chain—from producers and importers to processors and providers of cooling, transport, and packaging services.

The fair showcases a wide range of products and services, including fresh and frozen fish products, canned goods, high-quality supplements, as well as equipment and technologies for fish farming and processing. Additionally, machinery for the food industry, packaging materials and systems, measuring and laboratory equipment, and fittings for fish shops, along with advanced software solutions, are presented.
