Power2Drive Europe is the international trade fair for charging infrastructure and e-mobility. Held annually at Messe München, it forms part of the innovation platform The smarter E Europe. The event focuses on sustainable mobility, the energy transition, and digitalization – with the clear goal of shaping the future of transportation to be climate-friendly, intelligent, and commercially viable. The name "Power2Drive" symbolizes the transformation of electrical energy – particularly from renewable sources – into motion: driving with electricity.

Organized by Solar Promotion GmbH, Power2Drive Europe brings together leading companies, pioneers, and decision-makers from around the world once a year in Munich – a city that sees itself as a trailblazer in sustainability and technological innovation. More than 400 exhibitors present practical solutions in the fields of charging infrastructure, e-mobility, battery technology, energy storage, and system integration. Key areas include intelligent charging solutions, fast-charging stations, electric vehicles, bidirectional charging systems, digital mobility services, and innovative business models for fleet management and energy providers. Increasing attention is also being given to the connection with renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, and their integration into existing grids.

A highlight of the event is the Power2Drive Europe Conference, which explores the role of renewable electricity in the transport sector.
