SANA LIFE, the health fair for nutrition and health, fitness and sport, wellness and beauty, specializes in subjects people, whether young or old, always deal with. Fitness, wellness as well as an active body-conscious life are part of our lifestyle and very in vogue nowadays. But health-conscious people do not only follow current trends, but also increase their own quality of life and their future well-being. Our visitors may look forward to more than 40 exhibitors from the fields of beauty, nutritional advice, fitness, cures, wellness, yoga and many more as well as to a professional and trend-setting lecture programme and a wide range of corresponding workshops. The offer is completed by a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian food as well as healthy smoothies. The ultra-modern and sustainable Marina Forum in the east of Regensburg offers the perfect setting for this futuristic exhibition.
