SIAL China Guangzhou

The SIAL China, which has been a leading international trade fair for food and beverages since its launch in 2023, will now be held annually at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou following its relocation from Shenzhen. The name SIAL stands for “Salon International de l’Alimentation”, meaning “International Food Exhibition”. The event is organised by Comexposium, a global organiser of trade fairs and conferences.

The exhibition covers a wide range of sectors, including baby food, organic and wellness products, dairy products, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, meat, poultry, processed meats and sausages, seafood, as well as pulses and cereals. This diversity highlights its central role as a platform for innovation and emerging trends within the food industry.

At SIAL China, food manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and representatives from both institutional and commercial foodservice showcase their latest products and services.
