SIAL China Shenzhen

Since its inception in 2023, SIAL China has become a leading international food and beverage trade fair, held annually at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Shenzhen. The name SIAL stands for "Salon International De L'Alimentation", which translates to "International Food Exhibition". The event is organized by Comexposium, a global organizer of trade shows and conferences.

The fair covers a wide range of topics, including baby food, organic and wellness products, dairy products, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, meat, poultry, sausages, seafood, legumes, and grains. This diversity underscores its central role as a platform for innovation and trends in the food industry.
